9. NOTIFICATIONS

10. EVIDENCE AGREEMENT
For any disputes arising from or related to this agreement, the parties’ records, including but not limited to electronic records, computer logs, and fax records, will be considered as evidence in accordance with the applicable laws of England and Wales, and the User agrees not to dispute these records.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from or related to the interpretation or application of this agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of England and Wales.
